Refund policy
Because our items are custom-printed upon order, we typically only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Please notify us at info@coreteez.com within 7 days of receipt, including photographic evidence of the issue. Requests made after this period will be reviewed at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after we verify the claim. Management decisions will be final.
