1. Account Terms

By creating an account on our store, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided at checkout. By submitting your payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However, since our products are print-on-demand, the final printed product may vary slightly in color or placement from what you see on your screen. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we process your order for manufacturing and dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on the courier services and your location. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our items are custom-printed upon order, we typically only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Please notify us at info@coreteez.com within 7 days of receipt, including photographic evidence of the issue. Requests made after this period will be reviewed at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after we verify the claim. Management decisions will be final. 

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our store or services for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform illegal acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others. You are prohibited from using our site to transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CoreTeez and CoreTeez.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total price you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai Maharashtra, INDIA.
